7. Delivery & Collection

An estimated delivery time will be provided upon order placement. The Company will take reasonable measures to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe, yet we do not guarantee an exact delivery date.
All parcels are insured during transit until delivery or collection by your authorized representative. Upon completion of delivery or collection, you or your designated representative shall sign a delivery confirmation document. The signed confirmation shall be deemed valid proof of receipt, and full liability for the goods will be transferred to you thereafter. If the package is delivered as a gift or collected by a third party, you acknowledge that their signature shall constitute valid delivery proof, and the Company’s order performance obligations shall be fully fulfilled.
The Company reserves the right to adjust and update delivery policies at its sole discretion without prior notice.

8. Return Policy

To guarantee your shopping satisfaction, we provide a 7-day hassle-free return policy. You may return purchased products for a full refund for any personal reason, subject to the following conditions:
  • The return application is submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery;
  • The product remains unused, unworn and in original condition, with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact.
Return Process:
  1. Fill out the official return form attached to your parcel;
  2. Securely repackage the product together with the completed form;
  3. Send the return package to the designated address provided by our customer service.
If you have misplaced the return form, please contact our support team via email to apply for a replacement. Please note that customers shall bear all shipping fees incurred for returns.

9. Statutory Rights

These Terms of Service shall not prejudice your statutory rights under the laws of Hong Kong. Such legal rights cannot be excluded or restricted by contractual agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Opinions posted by third-party sellers, designers and partners on the Website are their independent views and do not represent the stance of the Company. The Company shall not be responsible for any claims, losses or damages arising from such third-party statements.
  • The Company does not warrant that the Website and its services will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or be free from viruses and other malicious programs. We advise users to install and update anti-virus software and adopt proper security measures to protect personal devices.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform contractual obligations caused by force majeure events beyond reasonable control, including adverse weather, natural disasters, transportation delays and system malfunctions.
