We expect others to respect our intellectual property rights, and in turn, we fully uphold and respect the legitimate intellectual property rights of all third parties. If you believe that any content or materials published on WKCRJD or its affiliated linked platforms infringe your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please submit a formal infringement complaint to our designated intellectual property email address: service@mail.wkcrjd.com.
Required Complaint Information
To ensure timely and effective review, your complete complaint notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the authorized representative acting on behalf of the intellectual property owner claiming infringement;
- Clear identification of the infringed intellectual property, including relevant registration numbers and registered jurisdictions (where applicable);
- Specific details of the allegedly infringing content, along with its exact location on the website or related applications, enabling WKCRJD to accurately locate the disputed material;
- For design patent infringement claims: clear identification of the infringed design and its official registration number;
- For utility model patent infringement claims: clear identification of the involved utility model, together with valid court orders or judgments to support your claim;
- The complainant’s full name or company name, affiliated organization (if applicable), postal address, contact phone number, and valid email address;
- A written statement confirming that you hold a good-faith belief the unauthorized use of the disputed material is not licensed by the rights holder, its agent, or permitted by applicable laws;
- A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, that all information contained in the notice is accurate, and that you are either the legitimate intellectual property owner or an authorized representative of the owner.
Measures Following Valid Complaint Receipt
Upon receiving a complete, valid, and fully compliant complaint notice, WKCRJD reserves the right to take the following measures at its discretion:
- Remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content;
- Disable all hyperlinks leading to the infringing materials;
- Notify the relevant involved party of the content removal or access restriction;
- Permanently suspend or terminate the platform access and service eligibility of repeat infringers, in accordance with our Terms of Service and relevant governing policies.
Copyright Statement
WKCRJD and its affiliated entities retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights, titles, and interests pertaining to the WKCRJD website and corresponding mobile applications, including without limitation:
- Copyright protection for all platform content, such as text, images, videos, and audio materials;
- Intellectual property rights covering core technologies applied to operate and maintain website and application services.
All copyrights and intellectual property rights herein are protected by domestic laws and international intellectual property conventions. Any unauthorized reproduction, duplication, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the above intellectual property is strictly prohibited. Violators will be held legally responsible for any losses or liabilities incurred.
