  • Free shipping is offered for all orders.

2.2 Processing and Dispatch Time

Once your order is successfully submitted, we will process and arrange shipment in the order of receipt.
  • Processing time: Approximately 3 working days
  • Orders can be dispatched on weekdays, weekends and public holidays with no delivery restrictions.

  • Standard delivery takes 7–10 working days after dispatch.

2.4 Delivery & Signing Instructions

  1. Please provide a valid delivery address and active contact number during checkout to ensure successful signature collection by you or your authorized recipient.
  2. Please inspect your package on-site upon delivery and confirm the following items:
    • Intact outer packaging with no damage or signs of tampering
    • Received items and quantities match your order details
    • Complete packing list and relevant documents
     
Note: Do not open product packaging before signing. You have the right to refuse delivery if the outer seal is damaged, torn or compromised.
  1. If you cannot sign for the package in person, you may authorize a third party to receive it on your behalf, who shall comply with the above inspection requirements. Couriers deliver only to the designated address; any personnel at the receiving location (such as front desk staff) may sign for the parcel, and we cannot guarantee delivery to a specific individual.
  2. Order Modification: For security purposes, no changes can be made to confirmed orders. Please double-check your delivery address and contact information before submission. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
  3. Undeliverable Orders: Parcels unable to be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect recipient information will be retained by the courier for 5 working days. We will send a notification via email; please reply promptly or contact customer service to resolve the issue. If no response is received within 5 working days, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and a full refund will be issued accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
