The Company provides a 7‑day return and exchange guarantee for qualifying items, effective from the actual date of product receipt.
1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may submit a return or exchange request under the following conditions:
- The item contains inherent quality defects;
- The product is damaged during transit;
- An incorrect item is delivered and the product remains unused and unmodified, with no impact on resale.
2. 7-Day Return Exclusions
The 7‑day return policy shall not apply to the following circumstances:
- Personalized or custom-made goods;
- Items that have been used (electronic devices are considered used once powered on);
- Visible wear, scratches or damage to the main unit, functional components or accessories;
- Severe damage or loss of original packaging (excluding standard unpacking) that impairs resale;
- Goods by nature non‑returnable, which you acknowledged and agreed to at the time of purchase;
- Any other scenario where the product is not in original condition and cannot be resold.
3. Return & Exchange Application Process
3.1 Personal Reason Returns & Exchanges
- Submit a request by email to our after-sales team within 7 days after receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unaltered and kept in original, resalable condition.
- Our after-sales department will review and respond to your application within 1–3 working days.
- The customer shall be responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees.
3.2 Quality & Transit Damage Returns & Exchanges
- Send your application to our official after-sales email: service@mail.com within 7 days upon receipt.
- Your request will be reviewed and confirmed by our team within 1–3 working days.
- The Company shall cover all shipping expenses for approved returns and exchanges.
3.3 Return and Refund Procedure
- Arrange return delivery with the courier within the 7-day eligibility period.
- After the returned package is received and confirmed by the courier, we will proceed with your refund.
- All refunds will be completed within 15 working days from the date we receive and inspect the returned goods.
